Gourd Artifacts

These two items were made from the same gourd. The "antique vessel" also uses polymer clay and has wooden drapery rings for handles with "antiqued" gold foil insets.

The desk pen & pencil holder was the top of the above gourd. It is decorated with polymer clay and stands on a marbleized wooden base. The horn is filled about half way with Vatican Art Stone that was poured in in its liquid form which hardened.
